A not so receptive audience
This was a tricky one. Jobber helps service professionals (think plumbers, contractors, etc) manage all aspects of their business. But getting them on board meant convincing them that their current way of doing things wasn’t working out. That was dicey. Because there’s a lot of pride in these businesses, and you don’t want to be the guy telling them how to do their jobs. So we did a little twist - positioning Jobber as the secret to getting ahead of your competitors.
None of that fancy-shmancy stuff
We knew our audience - busy, hard-working people who want real talk, not abstract ‘mission statements’. So we used direct language and clear visuals that made the product feel like something real and tangible.
Millions of eyeballs
Ever since launching, the video has been viewed over a million times, and has helped Jobber accelerate their growth so that now, they’re the biggest player in the service business support space. (Yes, that’s a space.)
